Practice Method
I am a relational therapist and value the trust and connection I build with clients. I partner with clients in understanding their particular situations and look for opportunities for positive change, while avoiding pathologizing and problematizing their concerns. I work through an attachment lens, meaning that I pay close attention to how early parent-child relationships influence our capacity to feel emotionally and physically safe with others. Additionally, I have advanced training in the following therapy approaches which I integrate throughout my work:
- Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
- Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
- Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy (SMART)
- Neurofeedback
- Trauma-Focused CBT
Fees
My fees are as follows:
- Initial evaluation: $250
- 45 minute session: $180
- 60 minutes session: $200
- Consultation (per 15 minutes): $50
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for the following insurers:
- MassHealth
- Medicare
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurers. I have partnered with Reimbursify to easily verify your out-of-network coverage and file claims on your behalf. Telehealth
I work exclusively via telehealth, including PCIT in Nevada, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant secure video connection. Clients report positive experiences with telehealth including ease of access and an ability to bring therapy into everyday life situations in their home.
